Unhealthy obsession over one narrow perspective without looking at all is unhealthy, and definitely doesn't make you look moral, just defensive.

Just because one country commited an atrocity in history doesn't mean others didn't either. That especially doesn't mean you can then say your country is more morally upright then the others. Just because you SAY and THINK that what they did is wrong.

But of course, you didn't do anything but 'peacefully' occupy their land and 'assimilating' them into their culture. And of course, you have always 'seen them as equals'. And henceforth, you are therefore the defender of justice and whatnot. Who died and made you King?

Pray tell, what were you doing when it benefitted you to enslave others? Just because you later crafted the 'human right' laws doesn't mean that you are absolved from guilt, not if i'm using your theory that wars 'for no good reason' and that 'brutalise people' makes the country 'evil and unforgivable'. Look at yourself, your own history and the 'unedited' portions before you decide on what was 'wrong', 'right', 'unforgivable' or 'damnable'.

You have no right to say that we are wrong,
WHEN YOU COMMIT THE SAME CRIMES AND DRESS IT UP IN PRETTY WORDS.

I'm so pissed with that guy, i can't even think properly anymore. NO WAR/ATROCITY ETC were ever justified, so what makes you think that your country's acts are JUSTIFIED while condemning the PAST actions of other countries? OR are you so blind as to see what's happening to this world now? DO YOU THINK that it just happened overnight?

DO YOU THINK that only what your country did to the world had no adverse effect since it was for the 'GREATER GOOD'?

WHAT MAKES YOU THINK that the 'greater good' for your country is the 'greater good' for my country?

If you were'nt seriously arguing with me, i'd taken it with as much humour as an ED article, but your 'HOLIER-THAN-THOU' attitude clearly sucks. I wonder if it isn't people like you that caused wars in the past.
